We aim to deliver the speed ranges advertised with our 1 Gbps and 3 Gbps broadband. Our Premium WiFi guarantee pays out if we fail to deliver a minimum baseline WiFi speed of 35 Mbps across up 12 rooms with 5 bedrooms and over up to three floors.

We have the fastest wired download and upload speeds of any London network. Our advertised package speeds are for a single wired (Ethernet) connection plugged into our router. In most cases, using WiFi to the router will be slower than a wired connection, and that speed will be divided and shared between all your connected devices. So it’s best to pick a package speed that best suits your household.

Prices will increase each April by the Consumer Price Index published in January + 2.9%.
Our specialist engineers will install and optimise your Premium WiFi installation for you to give you total home WiFi coverage in up to five bedrooms and 12 rooms in total, across a maximum of three floors. If we can’t deliver a minimum of 35 Mbps across the home, you’ll receive three months of broadband for free.
Although you may achieve WiFi coverage in nearby outbuildings, summer houses, garages, and sheds, our guarantee does not include those areas.
We expect your service to be much faster than this in most cases as per the speeds specified against our 1 Gbps or 3 Gbps Fibre Broadband packages. However, 35 Mbps is the minimum speed that we include as a baseline for pay-out with the Premium WiFi guarantee.
You'll receive additional Mesh WiFi 6 routers with your Premium WiFi package.
Our engineers will install and optimise your WiFi, tailoring the position of each router to your home’s specific needs. We supply additional Mesh WiFi routers that interlink with one another for superior WiFi performance. Unlike some cheaper routers that tend to be more susceptible to interference, ours automatically select and transmit on two frequencies to maximise coverage and speed.
In some circumstances, our engineers may have to run Ethernet cables to more than one router. This is to ensure you get a stable WiFi connection in the hard-to-reach areas of your home.
If we can’t provide at least 35 Mbps WiFi across your whole home (defined as 5 bedrooms with 12 rooms in total across a maximum of three floors) we’ll give you three months of broadband for free.
Our Premium WiFi products are available on a 24-month contract where only a £14.95 broadband set up fee applies.
WiFi is a wireless technology that connects devices to the internet without any physical wired connection. Ethernet is a wired connection that is faster than WiFi and offers a consistent speed. In recent years, WiFi has become much faster thanks to new standards such as 802.11ac (WiFi 5) and 802.11ax (WiFi 6) technology, which are fast enough to handle the vast majority of our daily tasks.
Various things around your home can affect WiFi speed and the quality of your signal: thick walls, interference from electrical equipment, bodies of water, certain metal-based objects, your connected device’s distance from the router and even where your router is situated.
Depending on the layout of your home and the location of your routers, you may achieve WiFi coverage in your additional rooms or floors. However, our Premium WiFi guarantee only applies to providing WiFi coverage in no more than five bedrooms or 12 rooms in total across no more than three floors.

We expect that your service will be much faster than this in most cases, in line with the speeds specified against our broadband packages. Usually, the closer you are to a router the faster the WiFi will be. The 35 Mbps is the minimum speed that we guarantee at the far points of your home as a baseline for pay-out with the Premium WiFi coverage guarantee.
Our engineers will install your routers in the optimal position to give you the best possible coverage throughout your home. However, we cannot guarantee that you will continue to receive the same coverage if you move any of the routers.
If you do move any of your routers, even a small distance, be sure to power each router down and back up again to allow them to reselect the best frequency.
Our engineers are happy to help tailor your installation to suit your WiFi coverage needs, so be sure to communicate this on your installation day.
From 1st April every year we will increase the price of our services by up to the Government published Consumer Price Index (CPI) from January of the same year plus 2.9%. If your contract start date is between 1 January 2024 and 1 April 2024, you will not be subject to this increase on 1 April in the first year of your Contracted Agreement, but you will in all subsequent years of your Agreement.
